Examply's Pro plan lets you add dependencies on your tasks. Here's a handy guide for what's different about dependent tasks:

Dependent

Independent

Start date

Set automatically when the previous task is completed.

Set manually by you.

Notifications

Sent to all assignees when previous task is completed.

Sent to task owner when it is completed.

Adding tasks with dependencies to your projects is a great way to ensure that everything is done at the right time. It keeps your team on track, so everyone knows exactly when to start work, and who or what they're waiting for.
